How SecurityOnCall works

A clear path.
At every step.

Registration approval lets officers apply for jobs. The officer chooses which job to request; the agency chooses whom to approve for the duty.

The agency journey

  1. Complete agency registration

Apply for agency access. An administrator reviews the agency and its initial account holder.

  2. Post the assignment

Confirm the reporting point, region, schedule, rank, qualifications, uniform and offered pay.

  3. Fill available places

Review officers who apply and approve each officer you choose. Your approval confirms the assignment after current eligibility and availability checks.

  4. Follow the duty

View travel updates, review attendance and keep work records.

The officer journey

  1. Complete enrolment

Create an account, verify your email and submit your profile and licence for review.

  2. Go Live in your regions

Choose preferred regions and go online. The map shows available jobs you qualify for.

  3. Review and apply

Check the job details and apply. The agency reviews your request and decides whether to approve. You can have one pending request and one active duty at a time.

  4. Follow your duty

Mark On the way when you start travelling, record attendance and keep your work records in view.

Help & support
Is SecurityOnCall a full-time recruitment platform?

SecurityOnCall is for ad-hoc and relief security assignments in Singapore. Its workflow centres on individual shifts, applications and agency-managed assignments.

How do agencies get access?

A SecurityOnCall administrator reviews the agency and its initial account holder. Agency access is granted through that separate review; an officer account does not grant agency permissions. Read the agency access guidance.

What do officers need before taking shifts?

Create an account, verify your email and submit your officer profile and current licence for review. Approval is required before taking shifts. Each shift also has accepted ranks and any required qualifications.

Does applying confirm my duty?

No. Applying sends a request to the agency without reserving a place. The agency must approve your request before the duty is confirmed. Job cards pause while you wait. Withdraw your pending request if you want to look for another job.

How is offered pay shown?

A fixed offer is S$130–S$200 per shift. An hourly offer shows the rate multiplied by explicitly recorded payable hours. Check the actual offer and payable-hours field for each assignment.

What work records can I view?

Officers can view their assigned shifts, recorded attendance and agency-confirmed earnings. Agencies can review attendance and group confirmed earnings into reconciliation records.
